SACHGEBIETE/INHALT:
Die Datenbank CELEX-Gesetzgebung ist in vier Dokumentationsbereiche gegliedert. 1. Die Verträge zur
Gründung der europäischen Gemeinschaften, die Verträge zu ihrer Anderung oder Ergänzung und die Verträge
über den Beitritt neuer Mitgliedstaaten. 2. Die Abkommen und sonstigen Rechtsakte, die sich aus den
Außenbeziehungen der Europäischen Gemeinschaft und der Mitgliedstaaten ergeben, soweit es sich um die
Außenbeziehungen der Mitgliedstaa- ten und der Gemeinschaft handelt. 3. Das abgeleitete (verbindliche und
nachgiebige) Recht. Zum ver- bindlichen Gemeinschaftsrecht gehören Verordnungen, Richtlinien und
Entscheidungen (EWG- und EAG-Vertrag) sowie Entscheidungen und Empfehlungen im Rahmen des EGKS-
Vertrages. Zum nachgiebigen Gemeinschaftsrecht gehören Stellungnahmen und Empfehlungen im Rahmen
des EWG- und EAG-Vertrages sowie Geschäftsordnungen auf der Grundlage der verschiedenen Verträge. 4.
Das Komplementärrecht (Beschlüsse der im Rat vereinigten Vertreter der Regierungen der Mitgliedstaaten;
zwischen den Mitgliedstaaten in Anwendung der Verträge geschlossene völkerrechtliche Abkommen usw.)
