Copyright-Bestimmungen der Datenbankproduzenten und Angaben über die Zulässigkeit und die Bedingungen
des Downloading für DIMDI-Datenbanken. Zusätzlich zu dem Datenbankhersteller (PRO) und der Adresse
(ADR) können Sie eine Aufstellung der Datenbanken (POOL) finden, die von diesem Hersteller produziert
werden. Das Feld "copyright rules" (COR) zeigt die Bedingungen, unter denen im allgemeinen das Kopieren der
Daten durch den Hersteller gestattet wird. Im Abschnitt der Download-Regeln (DLR) wird der spezielle Fall der
Daten-Speicherung und -Verarbeitung in maschinenlesbarer Form dargestellt. Falls ein Produzent das
Downloading seiner Datenbanken gestattet, enthält das Feld (DL) ein "Ja" (YES) und im anderen Falle ein
"Nein" (NO). Der Inhalt der Felder DLR und COR sind entweder Auszüge aus den Verträgen zwischen DIMDI
und dem Datenbankproduzenten oder Texte, die von den Herstellern für diesen speziellen Zweck erstellt
wurden.
CONTENTS/SUBJECTS:
The database contains information about the rules the user has to respect, if he wants to print or download
documents of a database. For a database producer you can find in addition to the producer's name (PRO) and
address (ADR) a list of databases (POOL) created by this producer. The fieldcopyright rules (COR) shows the
conditions, under which copying of data is allowed by the producer in general. The special case of storing and
processingdata in machine readable form is discussed in the section download rules (DLR). If a producer
allows downloading for his databases, then the field download (DL) will contain a 'YES' in the other case a 'NO'.
The contents of the fields DLR and COR are either excerpts from contractsbetween DIMDI and the database
producers or texts made available by the producers for this special purpose.
